Roy R. Rice III (Tripp) is a third generation prosthetist, following in the footsteps of his father (Roy Ray Rice, Jr.)  and grandfather (Roy Ray Rice, Sr.  http://rayricememorial.com/)  for more than 25 years. Prior to opening Augusta Orthotics and Prosthetics (AOPI), Tripp was one of the top practioners for Atlanta Prosthetics/Nova Care. Since 1999, Roy has enjoyed the benefits of providing each patient entrusted to our care with the best possible rehabilitation solution for his or her capabilities, lifestyle and vocational aspirations.

Ken has more than 20 years experience in the O & P industry.   Ken graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and statistics. While an undergraduate , he worked for Duramed in the DME industry. This experience prompted further education at Shelby State, where he completed the certification program for orthotics in 1991. Ken joined AOPI in 2001 and is an indispensible member of our team.    Orthotic patients can be seen by Ken in our Augusta and Athens Georgia branches.

Adam was born and raised in Minnesota. Beginning his education as an engineering major, Adam quickly switched to prosthetics. While in school, he gained more experience working as an OttoBock technician for three years. Adam earned his technician certification in 2005 from Century College and his Bachelor of Prosthetics in 2008 from Metropolitan State.   He joined AOPI in 2009.  Adam is a vital member of the AOPI family and works in our Augusta, Columbia, Athens, and Milledgeville offices.

Bill Eason has been providing orthotics to patients in the Milledgeville, GA area for over 4 decades .  Bill owned and operated Milledgeville Orthotics before coming on board with AOPI in late 2016.  Bill has a vast knowledge of prosthetics and has worked along with Roy Ray Rice , Jr. and Tripp Rice for years in assisting with their patients prosthetic needs.   Bill also runs the Georiga State Amputee/Ray Rice Memorial Golf Tournament that is held every year in Milledgeville.  The golf tournament is a fun and special golf tournament for amputees to compete against each other but also allows non amputees to play as well on one day of the tournament.  The golf tournament has a college scholarship given to an amputee or child of an amputee.  You can find more information about the tournament by going to the tournaments facebook page. Orthotic Resident

April is a South Carolina native and came to work for AOPI in January 2016 as a resident in Prosthetics and Orthotics.  Since her arrival she has completed and passed all requirements required by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthotics to become a certified prosthetist.   To further her career and to use her outstanding abilities as a provider, she currently is pursuing her certification in orthotics.  Once she has her CPO, certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics, she will provide quality care to both our orthotic and prosthetic patients.  April strives for the best and goes above and beyond for the patients and referring physicians.

Tina graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She Formerly worked with Baird CPAs, in Augusta, GA as a staff account for 7 years.   During that time, she was also working with AOPI since the day Tripp Rice formed the company in 1999.   In 2004, Tripp wanted to bring her aboard to focus more on AOPI.   Once focusing only on AOPI, she gained knowledge in billing, insurance, human resources, advertising, web updating, and assortment of subjects that came with the territory of an o and p business.    Basically, she does whatever needs to be done for the business and its three branch offices that is not being covered by another employee.
