Roy Ray Rice III “Tripp”, CP
Tripp is a third generation prosthetist, following in the footsteps of his father, Roy Ray Rice, Jr., and grandfather, Roy Ray Rice, Sr., for more than 30 years. Prior to opening AOPI, Tripp was one of the top practitioners for Atlanta Prosthetics/Nova Care. Since opening AOPI in 1999, Tripp has enjoyed the benefits of providing each patient entrusted to our care with the best possible rehabilitation solution for their capabilities, lifestyle and vocational aspirations. Outside of work, Tripp loves to deep sea fish and spending time at the beach. He and Tina are huge on family time.

Kenneth “Ken” Collier, CO
Ken has more than 30 years experience in the O & P industry. Ken graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and statistics. While an undergraduate, he worked for Duramed in the DME industry, prompting him to seek further education at Shelby State, where he completed the certification program for orthotics in 1991. Ken joined AOPI in 2001 and is an indispensable member of our team. Orthotic patients can be seen by Ken in our Augusta and Columbia branches. Outside of work, Ken can be found with his family, or on the golf course.

Adam Trefethren, CP
Adam was born and raised in Minnesota. Beginning his education as an engineering major, Adam quickly switched to prosthetics. While in school, he gained more experience working as an OttoBock technician for three years. Adam earned his technician certification in 2005 from Century College and his bachelor’s degree in prosthetics in 2008 from Metropolitan State. He joined AOPI in 2009 and is a vital member of the AOPI family. He works in our Augusta. Outside of work, Adam is a true family man and loves spending time with his wife and kids.

Kori, CPO, MSPO
Originally from Aiken, South Carolina, Moran received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina before attending the University of Pittsburgh for her master’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics. She has been with AOPI since 2017 and completed her residencies in both prosthetics and orthotics here. Moran is often at our Augusta and Columbia locations. When not at the office, you can find her out with her three dogs or at Williams-Brice stadium for every home Carolina football game.

William “Bill” Eason, CO
Bill has been providing orthotics to patients in the Milledgeville area for over 40 years. He owned and operated Milledgeville Orthotics before joining AOPI in 2016. Bill has worked with Roy Ray Rice, Jr. and Tripp for years, assisting with their patients prosthetic needs. Bill also runs the Georgia State Amputee/Ray Rice Memorial Golf Tournament that is held every year in Milledgeville. More information about this can be found at

Technicians

C. Howard, CTP
C. Howard started her career in prosthetic fabrication at Oklahoma State University with an associate’s degree in applied science. She started with AOPI in 2014 as a Certified Technician. C. Howard makes a lot of our above the knee prosthetics and specializes in double wall fabrication. C. Howard can often be seen helping Tripp with patient care. Outside of work, C. Howard is a Crossfit enthusiast and loves her huskies.

Nubia
Nubia has been with AOPI since 2015 and has learned everything on the job. Her main focus is prosthetic fabrication, and she loves any type of graphic finish. Recently, she has been learning more about “old school” prosthetic fabrication and wood carving. Nubia is very adventurous and travels frequently. She is also able to speak Spanish and Portuguese and is often helping upstairs as an interpreter.

Administration

Tina Rice
Tina has been with the company since its beginning in 1999 and became a full time employee in 2004. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Previously, she worked with Baird CPAs, in Augusta as an accountant for 7 years. Now, Tina focuses on company management, accounting, and personnel management. Along with being a vital part of AOPI, Tina and Tripp love family .

L. Levins
Levins joined AOPI in 2014 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for all our accounts billable, corporate accounts, and direct corporate billing. She also assists with marketing and general office management. Levins loves the positive attitude our patients bring every day and their inspiring progress. She truly enjoys working here and sharing these moments with them. Outside of work, Levins is an outdoors fanatic. She loves running, biking, and anything involving the beach. She also loves her adopted doodle. All the service dogs know which office to come to for treats when their human comes in for an appointment at AOPI!!!

J. Strowbridge
Strowbridge started with AOPI in 2011 and has been a part of the family ever since. She is our Office Administrator as well as Veterans Affairs liaison. She loves helping patients and is inspired by them everyday. Strowbridge can typically be found hard at work in her office, but when she is at home she loves spending time with her husband.

J. Turner
Since 2013 __ has been part of the AOPI family. She started as part of our front office staff, transitioning to orthotic insurance and is now an orthotic billing specialist. Turner does a little bit of everything involving our orthotic patients and she enjoys the variety of her work day to day. Outside of work, Turner has a large extended family and spends most weekends with her nieces and nephews.
